Peppermint Bark

Last year, I received a box of Peppermint Bark.  It was probably my favorite treat of the season.  Matter of fact, I tucked it away, so it would last a long time.  I just loved it!  This year I am craving peppermint bark.  I have looked a few places, but have not found any quite like I had last year.  So, I decided I needed to be brave and just make my own.  I did a little exploring and found a recipe and even a video that shows how to make peppermint bark.
