Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe - Great to use in Velata Fondue Pots

Hot Artichoke Dip

1 4 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and shopped up
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 (4oz) can green chilies (mild)

Mix together and bake uncovered in a casserole dish at 350 for 25 minutes.  Serve with crackers.  Fun to keep warm in a Velata Fondue Pot, and serve with crackers and breads placed around for sampling.

(At the present time, Velata Fondue Pots carry a warranty for use of their own Premium Belgium Chocolates in the silicone dish.  Personally, I have found no problem using other foods.)
